Cake Tree – Delivery Policy

At Cake Tree, we are committed to delivering your sweet moments with care and precision. Please review our delivery policy below:

Delivery Coverage

• We currently offer delivery within Dhaka city only.
• All deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery team to ensure quality and timely service.

Delivery Charges

• A delivery fee of 200 BDT is applicable for all locations within Dhaka.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
• We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and smooth processing.
• Same-day delivery may be available for select cakes, subject to availability.

Order Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed via phone or online before delivery is scheduled.
• Delivery will only be made after full payment confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the cake.
• In case of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
