- All cakes and edible items are made-to-order and perishable, so we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or picked up.
💸 Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The cake was damaged during delivery.
- The product is not as described (e.g., incorrect flavor or message).
📷 Proof Required
To process a refund or replacement, please:
- Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Provide your order number and contact details.
⏳ Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
- Replacements (if applicable) will be arranged as quickly as possible, based on product availability.
❗Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued for customer mistakes, such as:
- Providing the wrong delivery address.
- Not being available at the delivery time.
- Taste preferences, unless the product is spoiled or defective.
- Once an order is confirmed and in preparation, cancellation is not allowed.
