📄 Terms and Conditions – Cake Tree

Welcome to Cake Tree! By placing an order through our website, phone, or social media, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

• These Terms apply to all orders placed with Cake Tree, whether online, by phone, or in person.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

• All cakes are made to order. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if the product is unavailable.
• Accurate information (delivery address, contact number, and order details) must be provided by the customer.

3. Payments

• Full payment must be made in advance to confirm an order.
• Payment can be made via mobile banking or any method accepted by Cake Tree.
• We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

4. Delivery

• We currently deliver within Dhaka city only.
• A delivery charge of 200 BDT applies to all orders within Dhaka.
• Deliveries are handled by our own team between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Cake Tree is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery information.

5. Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed and under preparation, it cannot be canceled.
• No refund will be provided for canceled orders unless there is a valid reason approved by Cake Tree (e.g., production or delivery error).

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
• Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of:
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect delivery
  • Products not matching the order

7. Allergy Disclaimer

• Our cakes may contain allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
• Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies when placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (images, text, logo, designs) is the property of Cake Tree and may not be used or copied without permission.
